This an adorable Mickey & Minnie Valentine's Day nurse badge reel. A 2" acrylic circle that has a base of fine red glitter that is toped with resin. The design on top is vinyl that has been carefully cut and placed and sealed with another layer of resin. The circle is then mounted to a heavy duty black alligator clip.
